Having 6 days off and then jumping back in with another race was dumb. Luckily I'm improving quickly after the initial post race pain I had. Your marathon was absolutely amazing!!!!! Way to go!!!<br />I did a 9k last Sunday & was fun to be back in the racing scene, but think it's almost over, as I'm a wimp in the cold weather & won't be running hours on my treadmill.
